Our grants are competitive and are awarded according to merit and need. Complete the application form with care and explain your ideas with as much clarity as possible. Aim to show us that you have given a lot of thought to your proposal.

You will see that we ask for references. These should be from people who have been responsible for your teaching, an employer or leading a group activity. Relatives, close friends, or neighbours are not permissible as referees. 

We appreciate that in the costings section it may not be possible to give 100% accuracy but try to be as near the correct figure as possible.

Once we have received your completed form it will be considered by the committee. If passed to the next stage we will ask you to attend a meeting for a short informal interview.

Our committee meets every five to six weeks so planning ahead is important if you have important deadlines for study or job seeking.

Our interviews are not difficult and aim to enable you to explain your ideas, we really are interested in what you have to tell us.

Interviews are held with the applicant and committee only, if you require any additional support please let us know so that we can accommodate.

Once you have attended our interview meeting you will be informed of our decision within 24 hours.

Just to note, interviews are held in Raveningham in the early evening.
